Rates:

Our rates include cleaning fee and linens/towels

Memorial Day-Labor Day, Holidays, special events:

Weekends:  $325.00 per night, 2 night minimum

Weekdays:  $300.00 per night, 2 night minimum

10% discount for stay of 7 nights or more (max 14 nights)

Off season:

Weekends:  $300.00 per night, 2 night minimum

Weekdays:  $275.00 per night, 2 night minimum

10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more (max 14 nights)

$500 security deposit due on all rentals, will be returned to guest within 7 days of checkout after inspecting for damage or missing items.
